WEBCAST FEATURE SUMMARY
In 2021, GlobalMeet Webcast came out with new Essential, Professional, and Enterprise licenses and updated the available webcast features. The goal of this project was to provide customers with details about the license that they had purchased, the features included with their plan, license and per-event add-ons, and additional services.
My team and I worked alongside the Webcast Product Manager as they were planning the new licenses. We wrote the feature names and descriptions, and ensured consistency across our knowledgebase and sales collateral such as pricing sheets and contracts. In the online article, I divided the features into categories, laid the features out in a table for easy scanning, and provided fee information.
