EVENT CREATION ARTICLES

With GlobalMeet Webcast, there were 3 different types of events you could create. The goal of this project was to add a procedure to the event creation articles and ensure they were accurate and up to date so that customers could access the information more easily. Previously, the articles were a couple of short paragraphs with a single screenshot.

I tested and verified the process against the most recent version of the product to ensure that it was correct, rewrote the articles and documented the steps, and linked to other relevant articles where applicable. I also added new cropped screenshots and some screenshots with callouts to clearly show what customers should focus on of what they should click. For the On-Demand and Simulated Live event articles, I divided the articles into sections for additional procedures that were part of the event creation process but that were not included in the original articles.
