From 2020 until 2022, I worked with an agile development team to write customer-facing release notes for the GlobalMeet Collaboration online meeting room, and for the desktop, Android, and iOS apps. This included new feature announcements, updates, and bug fixes. I kept track of upcoming releases and knowledgebase impacts in Jira, verified the new features and took screenshots in the desktop and mobile staging environments, and coordinated with the developers to publish the release notes on the scheduled release date.
