OPERATOR ASSISTED REPORTS & TRANSCRIPTS
In 2020, I was tasked with adding information to the Success Center about the different types of reports and transcripts customers could purchase along with their Operator Assisted conference. Since I was previously a conference operator, I was able to bring my expertise of the Operator Assisted world and provide detailed explanations of the reports available to customers. I verified the booking processes in the online booking system (the Events Portal), documented the procedures, and took screenshots of the relevant areas. I also worked with Operator Assisted managers to gather example reports and include them as screenshots to show customers what they would be receiving.
