One of the new features that was added to GlobalMeet Collaboration was the whiteboard feature. I was tasked to write an About article and a procedure article to explain to customers how to use the new feature. During the development I analyzed tickets in Jira and gathered information about the feature. I verified the functionality of the feature in the staging environment, documented what customers could do in the whiteboard and documented the procedures, and gathered screenshots. I then worked with the development team to ensure technical accuracy and coordinated with them to publish the article on the scheduled release date.
