From 2020 until 2021, I worked with the Product Managers for Managed Webcast and Operator Assisted as well as the agile development team to write customer-facing release notes for the online events booking system. This included new feature announcements, updates, and bug fixes. I kept track of upcoming releases and knowledgebase impacts in Jira, verified the new features and took screenshots in the staging (UAT) environment, and coordinated with the developers to publish the release notes on the scheduled release date.
