I have a passion for being the user's advocate and I love to collaborate with stakeholders to write impactful and effective content to achieve their departmental or organizational goals. I also love to dig into new tools and processes to learn how they work to best explain them to specific audiences.

My passion for writing took off in 2019 at PGi, when was I hired as a Product Technical Writer. There, I specialized in creating business-to-business end-user content. I worked with developers, product managers, and project managers to write how-to and reference articles, FAQs, user guides, and release notes for online meeting and conference calling products. In a team, I also managed over 10 high-traffic public and internal knowledge bases, as well as its content all throughout its lifecycle.

In the Fall 2022, I became the Web Coordinator at Laurentian University, where I collaborated with various departments and assisted them with creating new promotional web pages and updating existing pages as needed. I also monitored the overall health and quality assurance of the website and hosted monthly content management system (CMS) training sessions to educate web authors across the university.

As of July 2022, I am back to writing as the Content Strategist at Laurentian University. I specialize in creating web content and optimizing it for search engines to increase student conversion and retention.
